Product Description:
The K351 line of 2000kg caster is a special tow cart casters that need very flexible and accurate steering. They are capable of handling very heavy loads and include a high precision swivel raceway, thus providing very flexible, silent rotation with excellent wear resistance, hence continuous operation is allowed.
The swivel raceway uses a bearing combination of a thrust ball bearing and a tapered roller bearing, thus resulting in high precision, very smooth rotation, and noise-free operation. The legs are welded ones; by changing the thickness of the raceway and leg materials, a bracket can be made to have the designed service strength. A zinc plating/sealing of the bracket metal surface has been done, and the salt spray resistance can go up to 76 hours. The bracket's maximum load capacity goes up to 2000 kg, thus it meets the requirements that the equipment with highly flexible steering needs, and it can also support powered towing applications.

Thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearings are combined in this design. The problem with difficult caster steering has thus been completely solved. High-standard electroplated zinc sealing has been done for the metal surface, and in salt spray testing, the duration has been 76 hours. So, it is suitable for shipbuilding factories with very high humidity, mechanical workshops that are metal dust contaminated, or places where anti-rust is strictly enforced. Warranty:
KoCo gives a one-year quality guarantee to all customers starting from the date of product delivery. Within this period, if the product has a manufacturing defect, which has been determined to be due to the raw materials or production process, we will carry out a free repair without any charge. However, this warranty does not apply to abnormal wear and tear caused by overloading, unauthorized modifications, wrong installation, or external environmental factors. If the product is found to be defective in manufacture, KoCo will send new replacement product of the same model, and the customer will bear the logistics and installation cost. This stipulation is limited to the quality of the product itself and does not provide any compensation for indirect losses. KoCo will not under any circumstance take over any additional compensation obligations for accidental damage or special consequential liabilities.
